[Feature Request] Endless Wave Mode – A High-Risk, High-Reward Experience - Venom - 07-02-2025

Hello everyone,
I’d like to propose an Endless Wave Mode as a potential new feature for NordInvasion. The concept is straightforward: instead of a final wave, players will face an endless onslaught of increasingly powerful Nord enemies, testing their endurance, coordination, and tactical skill.

How Would It Work?
  • No Final Wave: The game continues indefinitely, with enemies becoming progressively stronger.
  • Milestone Rewards: Players could receive XP, gold, or special titles for reaching certain wave thresholds (e.g., wave 25, 50, 100).
  • Limited Revives: Tome usage could be restricted or allowed only at specific intervals to make survival more strategic.
  • Boss Waves: Unique bosses could spawn every 20-30 waves to keep the challenge fresh (e.g., a mighty Nord Warlord at wave 50).
  • Leaderboard System: A ranking system could track the longest surviving teams, adding a competitive element to the game.

Why Add This Mode?
  • It provides an extra challenge for experienced players seeking higher difficulty.
  • It introduces a fresh, alternative gameplay mode beyond the standard wave system.
  • It encourages stronger teamwork, resource management, and strategic planning.
This mode would offer a high-risk, high-reward survival experience, making it a great addition for those who enjoy pushing their limits.
I’d love to hear the community’s thoughts on this. Would you be interested in an Endless Wave Mode? What potential adjustments would you suggest to keep it balanced and engaging?

Looking forward to your feedback!
