rupturers *should* be 12mil, since they're 6 essences and were like 8mil pre-update, just like twigs *should* be 8mil, since they're 4 essences and were about 6mil pre-update

essence value is the floor, not the ceiling.
expect to pay more for both.

considering the ''ceiling'' before was half of the new ''floor'', there's no reason why it should be worth even more. but again, it *should*, doesn't mean it will.
