Despite being really active at the time I got warned and banned, I never had anyone specifically telling me to stop doing those so called "negative comments".

I have never said anything in the first place that fits this description towards a SD member. I also strongly doubt anyone else ever got an official warning for this reason. If I do get a warning for that, then Never surely does too, and many other players should have gotten one as well for saying negative/sarcastic comments to any player because of their house membership. I have seen that happen towards Tricksters, DB, LR and even CN players in the past years. Have any of them gotten warned/banned for this ?

Looking at the comments made next to the warning, you assumed I thought Never's punishment for stealing items from the VLKA bank was ineffective. I know for fact that he did have some items left on his account at the time he got it, but I also know that he sold multiple sets a few weeks (or months) before the reset, so he only had a fraction of what he still owned taken away from him. The real problem was the fact you didn't chose to ban him,  forcing him to make an appeal on forums, this isn't fair towards the community as I believe your current standing with that player influenced your decision. Why do I think so ? Here is some research I made on the forum.

Threads in "Unban requests" - Players who got banned for stealing items from another player, and these all got a full reset as well. I doubt any of these stole as many items as Never did.

There were more threads I could also cite, but the point is I haven't seen any post about players who stole items getting away with just a mere account reset.

Justice and Fairness IS the concern of ALL of the community, if you want it to be at peace (or if you actually want a community in the game). Everyone should be treated equally, and this matter is the proof it isn't the case.

This is the reason I edited that little picture in my signature, because I will NOT be making an unban request as I would be acknowledging the ban I got for breaking no rule is justified.

Doing so, you lost someone who cared about the community, who was helping keeping it alive, and who knew more about the game than most players. And since you won't be admitting your mistakes (aka 5:16 PM is earlier than 5:15 PM), I doubt I'll ever play this mod (which I had a good time playing) again.

In a nutshell :

• Never gets a 100% account reset for stealing items from another player.
  
• I get a ban for criticizing your decision.
  

PS : I haven't mentioned the story around Hamster's ban (27th June 2024) in this post, but I did in the one before that. This alone should be a reason to have Never banned.
