Hey,
I can't log on IRC for some days because of this :

I'm using the web client atm, I could download HydraIRC but I would like to fix it anyways, as it is really handy.
Could you give me a hand ?

The captcha is the image verification that you type in, perhaps something wrong with the server side verification.
Just wait a bit longer, it will probably fix itself.
EDIT: Get a client, they are much more useful anyway especially for an admin.
