Changing the item colors is nice - they now make sense! Small suggestion/gripe: I've been using the Great Strange sword a lot more lately because of the war pick nerf. Can we give it a little more oom...

I can understand the cavalry players becoming upset, but I think this change will be for the good of the mod. The bot cavalry are exploitable, making them unintentionally easier than units below them....

I've never really tried to mod Warband, so I'm ignorant on the subject. But, are those 8 armor/weapon slots hard coded into the game? Can they be added/removed? Also, I'm not sure if you have the tool...
