He just had 1, and now 2.

But yah Hurricanes and Dragon Breaths really drops too much.

No they don't drop too much the prob is that the same person loot the same legendary

Yea... If they lower the drop rate I will never find one... Having like 450 Sniper Waves behind me and nothing... And now he has found his second one...
