Anybody looking for an adventure novel NEEDS to read this.  It is an EPIC read.

Patriots by James Wesley Rawles, really good book about the economic collapse of the US and how a group of survivors manage the following events in to the rebuilding of the nation.  Good especially if you're into the survival stuff.

Probably The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan. The first book of a great series.

Yeah but the book is a lot more political compared to the movie.  Both are really good.

Have yet to read Les Miserables, but I'd like to.
