It's already worse than VHTA. It's a throwing weapon that can't be brought in by the designated throwing class.

Malice has already been buffed this update therefor this all these posts about it needing to be updated are not really relevant

Point me in the direction of a legendary throwing axe with similar stats to Malice that's usable by Pike heroes, and I'll stop complaining about Malice.
