I run a bit usually about 3 miles , sometimes 7-10 miles ,if I got good day. Like some of you I\m cycling too. My bicycle is my main commuter atm. work , shopping etc. My cycling is not about speed I'm doing touring , this summer I'm planning Europe trip about 3 k miles.
I am also motorbike freak, up to last year I got my lovely Yamaha xj 900. Unfortunately some assholes stole it from me. Looking for a new love now. IT ll most likely be something smaller or maybe bigger not decided yet. So many great bike out there.
