[WIP] First Map Attempt

This is my first time ever making a map as well as using any type of map maker what do you think?

I didn't really have a plan going into this so i ended up with a random shaped castle and i didn't really know what to do for the detail within the castle

Alright, its a start. If you want to make a map for Nord Invasion there are many factors to take into consideration.

Size of the area you have to work with, naturally the bigger your fort is the more you have to work with and iys best to allow plays to use or have a reason to move around the map and not be confined to one corner like Traders Valley.

Viable cade area. There needs to be room for 16 players, places for ranged to be and about a wall and 2 shielders length cade area. Maps should also prevent easy kiting.

Try to avoid making long runs as they may turn into shooting galleries and can be extreamly easy which isnt what is wanted overall in maps.

Comments on your map: As a start its not that bad. Id recommend expanding the size of it and open it up a little so its not that constricted. You can get ideas by looking at current maps in rotation atm to get ideas and get a starting point. Keep up the work!
