They were already working on the second Mount and Blade before Warbands release. Knew a guy who did early assets for them. Warband was literally supposed to be a stopgap for a game that was supposed to come out six years ago.

Agreed, they have a long way to go. Its clunky as heck right now.

“Clunky” you mean its not unrealistically fast with lightning reactions? This is imitating combat not Nord Invasion. Its buggy but certainly not clunky.

A) Not what I mean at all.

B) I played pvp before NI and tbh Nord Invasion has nothing to do with Bannerlord MP. The animations are smoother in Warband, I'm hoping this will be improved.

Was there any info about modding tools during early access?
I'm pretty sure they said they will release it so creators can start making mods before official release.

That's what I last heard as well. From what I understand, the tools are going to integrated much like Arma although that was years ago and they've rebuilt the entire game multiple times.
