The War for Amuricencia

I will tell you a story, a story of woe,
Of a land called Amuricencia many years ago.
This land had seven realms, a couple more too,
But only the seven are important, it’s true.
A weak man named Jebra ruled over the first
Yes, Jebra’s a girl’s name, he must have been cursed.
The second was run by the Zodiac Lord,
A man who looked kind of happy, yet eternally bored.
Lord Zodiac also went by the name Cruz.
He killed seven people (because of daddy issues).
Another realm was governed by the Ruby King
A man who’s just really not that exciting.
Big Chris, the mob boss, controlled realm number four.
A five hundred pound man, who seemed quick to war.
A “skilled” surgeon named Ben ruled over realm five.
Sadly most of his patients did not get out alive.
He was no better at running a state,
Which meant that his country was in dire straights.
Realm six was run by the empress Clintonia
A ruler who acted much like ammonia.
Last, but not least was Bernabus the Wizard.
A man with great powers, such as to conjure up blizzards.
“But, wait”, you’re thinking, “That certainly can’t be!”
“Isn’t there someone else in this corrupt ruler sea?”
Well, there is one more, though he was not a leader yet.
He was so inconsequential he wasn’t seen as a threat.
The man I speak of is none other than Donny Trumpkin,
A travelling jester with a face just like a pumpkin.
With only a small loan of a million to his name,
Donny Trumpkin set out for power and for fame.
The first realm he came to was run by Big Chris the mobster.
The two hit it off over a large meal of lobster.
Big Chris gave Donny some of his military,
Which Trumpkin used to seige Jebra in February.
After but a few days, and very little bloodshed,
Jebra came out with his hands high above his head.
With Big Chris by his side, and a kingdom of his own,
Donny felt there was no one he couldn’t have overthrown.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the land,
Clintonia the Empress had to take a stand.
Against her own people who were under the control,
Of Bernabus the Wizard, using a magical scroll.
Now, Bernabus the Wizard was very old and wise,
But his presence in the land served to antagonize,
Clintonia the Empress, who believed his lands were hers.
And that at being a leader he was but an ameteur.
Finally, Bernabus had decided to retaliate,
And brought his supporters to Clintonia’s front gate.
She commanded her troops to fend off his attack,
And they succeeded in pushing him back.
On her troops marched to take the Wizard’s tower.
He tried to stop her, but lacked the manpower.
With all the might he could muster he tried to defend,
But alas he could not, and the war came to an end.
Clintonia’s troops marched home, victorious,
While Trumpkin was quickly becoming notorious.
Donny had easily taken the kingdom of the “skilled” surgeon Ben,
And the Ruby King was breaking, it was but a matter of when.
The Zodiac Lord was next on his list
Cruz tried to fight back, but he couldn’t resist.
With five kingdoms under his command,
Donny felt ready to make a stand
Against a foe more powerful than any before.
Clintonia herself was preparing to go to war.
The two leaders were going up head to head!
A war that would certainly leave one of them dead,
Their troops marched on with a such a terrible din!
But the question remains, “Who will win?”
