So sargeants and captians are confirmed to have been dropping legendaries like bolt tossers and fiendish bows?

Yeah.I can tell more, one my friend got Eastern Katana from Captain.

I have, orange is pretty much everything

purple is final boss

then you have the hard and normal mode divisions.

Also I'm going by what people tell me, don't tell me and I won't know.

Off the top of my head:

Dreaded Warpick
Dragon Halberd

Assassins:

Of course, the same legendary can probably drop from multiple bosses. P.S. Some sort of fang weapon dropped from Odin as well, I think.

I've also heard of the Fiendish dropping from the captain, but I wasn't there personally.

I'm pretty sure that must've been my Fiendish. My mate got it at about lvl 12, and he said they didn't get to wave 10 that time.

u can find fiendish at captain and you can also find sun pike as i found it on the captain
