Where is the quote saying it's craftable btw?

Yeah, I haven't managed to find any posts saying anything about crafting Tower Shields...
Where did you hear about them being craftable?

Well during the CC event we we're saying "We're screwed without them" and I checked on single player, I also believe someone leaked information about them.

Level 20 Defender stuff added, forgot that. Also the recipe for fulcrum and guardian has been updated correctly (1 more feather needed)
