There are different points on each map to defend, and the Nords come to take those points (either randomly or a set path) from the players. The players need to defend it. Would also bring some variation I think, meaning that you'll have to camp in different places instead of always the same spot. A problem could be that archers can shoot from a distance while bots take the flag, however you might still need commandos or else the flag will go down too quickly. Hmm... And the drop rate is x3 bigger, but the only items that drop are prince drops. We thought of making a certain continuity between maps. As you lose , you get closer to the fortress (last stand), and as you win, you get further into Nords territory. We had a few maps that could have been linked together (like if you defend the wall, and you lose, then the next map you're in the castle court defending, and if you lose , then you're in the castle defending, etc...). It means a lot of mapping and in the end the idea was dropped. After countless rounds of quick deaths we managed to beat the Skirmisher wave with 2 survivors. (There was a thread with screenshots and such, but I cant find it anymore.)
