I was never really involved in that discussion back then, but I remember how I used to kite almost daily, even with that "out of range for loot" a small group could manage to successfully kite. Then maps got nerfed so kiting got harder, I still kept on doing that, improving my skill, finding new ways. But after that many years of NI and the kiting system not changing I´m getting pretty bored, only rarely playing at all, either events or kiting with a friend. I voted yes.

I am in favour of this especially since this won't effect gameplay at all and will encourage playing on empty servers.
