I would say so too, that the Twigs are one of the best weapons In game and I think so many players want them, so I value them very high

It's pretty simple, the "market price" is what sellers and buyers commonly compromise to, and most of the recent trades were below 8 million in already-crafted items or lesser legendaries.
If people are paying 8 million or less for Fiendish Bows, which have a much higher demand to number of persons playing that class ratio, people will probably pay around that for twigs.
