I was thinking about Heal over Time for bosses if his minions are still alive. The amount would be based on the amount of bots still alive.

Absolutely agree, that one will save from selfish ppl

every bot after wave 9 has crush through and extra damage on cades

You might as well reintroduce Friendly Fire damage at 100% - why change the bots if you can change the team's way of playing? :P
In order to prevent plain slashing, spike damage from hitting shields/killing bots may work out.
In terms of special abilities there could be bots that set cades/shields ablaze until players interact with it/swap the shield.
Perhaps there could be arrows/spears/bolts, too, that lower one's walking speed/attack rate until removed by a Surgeon Table.
Other than that maybe limit the tomes used per wave or add an extra deadly wave that can spawn when toming.

In relation to the bosses, Thor's snowy area when ranged could be increased and slow those within or debuff weapon damage, so you're forced to take him on in melee.
For Loke, who is quite easy to kill when held by someone, random smoke bombs from the sky (like Odin's) might make things more fun. Since Loke is the master of deception, why not make him create duplicates of himself every X minutes (the less Tricksters remaining, the shorter X); those would look alike and only differ in the amount of health (and loot of course).

I'm not quite sure as to how hard the implementation will turn out to be, but I think these ones will definitely make Rag more of a challenge. The easiest way to make Rag harder is probably limiting spam healing in some way, so as to make runs less "safe" and predictable.

What do you guys think?

Maybe Rag Server go now until wave 18 and in the Bosswave will come Loke, Thor and Odin.

Give battle priests heavy shields.

I do not agree with this premise at all. From my experience, Ragnarok is only trivial when the majority of players in the server have top tier items. There are even attempts within house events that fail Ragnarok.

RE: Increasing the difficulty on Ragnarok mode - DR. - 15-02-2018

If you make rag harder can always turn up the drop rate for the teams that manage to do it.

I agree most teams fail but I still want the hardest game mode to be harder. If rag gets harder maybe people would take rag more seriously and that includes me. What kills most runs is ether new people or people that don't give a fuck.

Turning on friendly fire for event servers could add a degree of difficulty and some extra entertainment.

if ranged units moved forwards more frequently on rag, it would probably speed up runs and make it more difficult.
