you should be able to see if a weapon in the auction hall has an effect like "bonus against shields" or whatever

Not that big of a deal, but it would be helpful to be able to see everything listed on the auction hall regardless of whether or not you can use it. It would allow people to use the auction hall as basically a stock market, but the main benefit is that people selling items would actually have something to base their prices on. I'm Heavy Infantry/Blacksmith and I have no basis for what to sell sharp barbed arrows for.
