Requirements for joining:
Have tags. (VM_Name)
Have banner.
Have Teamspeak 3. (You may download it here. http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads)
Be active during NA times.
Be committed. Come to events, be on TS (teamspeak) often. Work together. (TS Address) ts3.nordinvasion.com

It does say in the title Recruiting 39+ meaning be level 39 or higher.

Multiple house applications, I would suggest only applying to one if you want to be taken seriously.
