Which classes can use lances?
Im browing the marketplace now but i cant seem to find any as either a Pikeman or a Sharpshooter?

Also is there any chance in a future buff in Horse Archery so that Crossbowman and Archers can shoot normally from horseback?

I highly doubt it. With normal shooting accuracy, kiting would be too easy making them overpowered.
