It was an old armor in Nordinvasion.
Its an Yellow Item.
And usable by Sergeant and Commando

Just google it, it is the armour with Born Padded leather, what Thor used before the update, k?

I also don't think you will manage to sell it, people are not so interested in non-usable gear.
