As far as I heard, it was indeed a mistake and speed stats were reversed with tosser VS eagle which should be fixed.

What's it at in-game?

I see site has no stats for accuracy, normal tosser is 110 so upgraded should be 115.
Along from that speed will be changed to 48 from 50 as Eagle and Tosser got the speed stats reversed.

The upgrade for xbows is 4 speed so Eagle is fine unless ive got the normal speed of eagle wrong.

Yep, correct, I didn't check that one properly. 50 speed on anything is overkill anyways
