Sorry to break it to you, but those armors are quite a lot more expensive (not sure about the heavy lamellar armor though). Take a look at the armour trading board, and you'll see what I mean.

For 30000 gold there are a selection off about 4-5 armours in the marketplace that all do 60 , if you can't afford that then you don't stand a chance with some off the more expensive gear as its often 10x the price of the standard gear.
