List of who drops what materials and where?

Does anyone have a list of whom drops what materials and what level/wave they are on? Is a certain item dropped on normal or hard, which troop drops it and what wave they are averagely faced if they are a set character.

If no one has a list could you let me know of the ones you know of so I can compile a list to get a chart made like the crafting chart.

I figure if we know what we are after and where it is we can direct our goals to help us out. 

I already know of a few items bu trying to get everything from hardened metal (whihc is practically anywhere) to Raven Feather.

Coal: Hungry Zhugs (N W:8 ) ; Merc Zweihander (N W:12(not sure)) ; Einherjar (H W:8+13 and higher)
Bear Fur: Bear Clan Hunter (H W:9+(not sure)) ; Bear Clan Warrior (H W:9+(same))
Scale of Fafnir: Jotne (H W:16) ; Einherjar Ranger (H W: 15+(not sure))
