How do we get new players?

Maybe its a good thing to add like a achievement style tutorial for the new players I.E. a achievement for crafting your first equipment, or choosing a crafting class. You can always add links to forums/equipment guides in this tutorials. It makes the new players more prepared of what to expect and what they can do.

Got such nice ideas in my head which I would love to work out.

That sounds like a really great idea for how to make progression seem a lot more natural.

Someone else had brought up that one of the biggest issues is the lack of readily-accessible information about the prices of gear and access to that gear, and I agree.  New players don't find a nice piece of kit that they want, set it as a goal and work for it, as the price, how it compares to other gear available and even whether or not it's up for sale are all up in the air.  It's 100x easier to just go play cRPG.

Although honestly there are a lot of games that don't hold your hand the whole way through your playthrough and I think this mod could be put under that category. Even then it does not take a lot of effort to go and look up the information which, for the most part, is readily available. There is also no point in talking about values of items when prices are in constant motion.
