[Closed] Damascus Bolts 20% Penetration Missing?

Does it even works?
Because i have information(tested in sp) that modifier "20% penetration"(or just "penetration", cause it's adjustable parameter), which is listed on most bolts, does not work for the projectiles.
There's also other errors, which is do not displays externally, but doing nothing. In a short word, some modifiers working only on the crossbow(launcher) or on bolts(missile):

Modifiers

Launcher: Bonus against shields, Extra penetration, Can knock down(?).
Missile: Bonus against shields, Penetrate shields, Ignore gravity, Ignore friction.
Modifiers do not stack.
