Finally,

You were of course correct, I'd installed your patch to the wrong texture file, double doh!

Totally my fault. My Nordinvasion file is a bit of a mess, I seem to have more than 1, but as long as it all keeps working.

Thanks again Galen, you are so thorough I knew it had to be something I was doing incorrectly.
