Top Tier Two Handers
#1
Hey guys, I'm just here looking for opinions on the top tier house craftable two hander weapons, I'm not sure what I want to craft so I thought of making a thread on peoples opinions.

Elegant Flamberge: - Approx. 7.4m

Damage: 54 Cut, 25 Pierce
Speed: 85
Length: 166

Elegant Greatsword: - Approx. 7.4m

Damage: 50 Cut, 32 Pierce
Speed: 99
Length: 120

Bidenhander: - Approx 6.3m

Damage: 58 Cut, 40 Pierce (Although the forum claims it's 66 cut)
Speed: 90
Length: 142

Forlorn Hope: - Approx 6.3m

Damage: 55 Cut, 40 Pierce
Speed: 95
Length: 131

Justice/Injustice: - Approx. 5.9m

Damage: 55 Cut, 40 Pierce
Speed: 95
Length: 118

Stone Maul: - Approx 6.1m

Damage: 53 Blunt
Speed: 84
Length: 88

Kreigsmesser: - Approx 3.9m

Damage: 55 Cut, 35 Pierce
Speed: 93
Length: 116

What do you think would be your preference and why?

My 3 favourites at the moment are:

Stone Maul - Does blunt damage and is just an awesome maul.
Bidenhander - Is long and fairly powerful, good for slashing behind a shield wall, has a moderate speed.
Forlorn Hope - Has a decent length, good speed and Moderate strength, good for slashing around with on normal and behind the shield wall.
Legendary Drops:
Eastern Katana - December 2012

Pike of Kings - June 2014
Stag Bow -June 2014
Rupturers - June 2014
Durandel - August 2014
Ancient Greatsword - August 2014
Valsgarde Helmet - September 2014
Penetrator - April 2015

i agree with the stone maul cause of the blunt dmg and the crush through.i also agree with the forloren hope.
but i`d prefer the kriegsmesser to the bidenhander. the bidenhander is quiet expensive and does only 3 more dmg and got 3 less speed. and i would`nt pay 2.4mil more only for greater 26 length.

The only decent choice in that list is the Stone Maul because it is actually worth it cost in gold with the entire cut damage reduction and all.

Also

Elegant Greatsword: - Approx. 7.4m

Damage: 50 Cut, 32 Pierce
Speed: 99
Length: 120

Why make a insanely priced item which has terrible stats?

you also can craft a highlander claymore instead of that.

I think it's just a prestige weapon, nothing more  Wink

Well, the idea behind was probably making it a really fast weapon (99), nevertheless it appears to be horribly bad due to it having the length and damage of a toothpick..

I would go for the Stone Maul.

It's definitely the 99 speed that makes for the cost for the elegant great sword. Would definitely be loads of fun to use that on normal mode but it's strange to see that the length is so much lower than that of the highlander claymore (123 length).

The stone maul is obviously the best one.

If you choose to go for a sword Bidenhander or Forlorn Hope seem like the best options. I'd say go for a Hope in that case since then it would be the first one.
