Website not working

The actual website containing your characters, the marketplace, etc. is NOT working. Every time I try to load the webpage it says "Forbidden."
The error code is 403. Is this for everyone or just me? Thanks in advance!

How long do you think this will take? :'(
I'm not trying to rush the beautiful work of the devs, just an estimate?
