Ping issues on some of the EU servers

I usually have ping around 50-60, but for some reason now on most EU servers my ping has jumped to 150-160 range (see picture).

Ping has been an issue with me for awhile now. A few months ago I had an average ping of 80 on NA, 200 on EU, and 180 on AU. Now I have 110-180 on NA, and 250+ on EU and AU.

Apparently, playing for longer durations of time seems to raise my ping. I also seem to get more ping spikes.  :'(
