problem with login

Hello. I can't log on website after register. Ofc i wrote code, password and nick from MB. I try with 3 account but I still have problem and i see this:
"Incorrect user / password combination. Please try again."
I know password and nick. What is wrong?

I search for this problem, but i didn't found nothing for me. : /
I bought Warband 2 years ago. And i played in NI, but i fargot my account and password.

Now all is ok i found how to play.

"If you have forgotten your account password, create a Warband character named "Password_Reset" and join a server.  A new password and one of your login names will be displayed to you in the game chat."

I found. Now is ok, but how delete account/char?

It is not possible to delete a character entirely.  The best you can do is hide from the Account page.
