when i downloaded the new update it says when i join a server i have to activate it again someone help plz

This has nothing to do with the patch. Did you download Warband again or something?

The only explanation I can think of is:

You got a new CD key by downloading the game again from Steam for example.
You have multiple Steam accounts and signed in with the wrong one.
