Activation Code Missing...

My friend didnt get the activation code, how can we get it?

What message shows up when he joins a server?

If no message shows up, the character is already exists and is activated.

If a message says to activate the character from the Account/Settings page, he already has a different character and needs to log on with that one to activate the new one.

If he does not know the existing character's name or the password, he should join an NI server with a character named "Password_Reset".

If non of these apply, he should join an NI server with a character named "Get_UID" and provide me with the ID so I can look into his account.
