Which browser are you using?  Do you have any extensions disabling JavaScript?

Did you hide all your characters from in the Settings page?  Checked that myself.

Try forcing the full reload of the page by pressing Ctrl + F5.

If that does not work and you have another browser available, try it.

Are you logging into your account using a character name which is hidden?  If so, does this also happen when you log in with a character that is not hidden?
