Yes it can happen like that but look when Heavy Salet doped the price was low almost from the start i was the 3rd? to get one and i was the only one that was paying over 13-4m at the time.
The seller in this game dose not make the vale the people/offers do. eg sorry but it a good example Q

I have to remind that; Vagabond has 58 Head Armor and just usable by Marauder, last Vagabond sold for 13-15m. That should be at least 20+ atm.
Vagabond 13-15m. but and Barbutte With Coif was 4m. But now Barbutte With Coif its 8+m. Prices have increased by 2 times for helmet - pikemen. Therefore Vagabond x 2 = 26-30m. Orante Bascinet 20+ it low price imho
