[Closed] Can't access my character

When i try to login to any server with my Infantry Character, named 'Swadian Prince' whom i have played quite a bit before and is level 45, i spawn in like a brand new player with no armor or weapons and the server says 'You already have an account but not a player with this name.' or something of that fashion. On the website i can see my character with all of my gear and i have made sure i spelled the name of the character correctly when loading into the game. All of my other characters seem to be working properly.

How long have you had this issue?

You need to change your character website name to Swadian_Prince. There are no [spaces] in M&B. Though it may have worked on the website for you to change your name with spaces, it will not work in game.
