I am typing Z10_11 with an underscore ingame. When I play I get assist points and the assist points appear on my characters screen. I still have the noob stuff when i play, but i still get points and gold on my character on the website.

People said that I have to have the same serial code. So when I change my computer I can't play that character anymore??????

If you use the same steam account or the same cd-key then it will still work.

Try changing your name on the website to something simple that doesn't include dashes or special characters.
