Some nut traded a dragon spear for an EK so according to that trade the dragon spear is = to the EK if not more. That is if you find anybody silly enough to trade away a banana for that spear

I don't know who exactly who traded the EK for the dragon spear + aurora but if it was my decision I wouldn't have traded a banana for an aurora + dragon spear but who cares what I think.

Bolt tosser - 20M - Nobody will sell them, but they may think about it with a offer around this.
Aurora - 6m - Not good in hardmode
Worm bane - 1.5m -2m - nice archer weapon
War pick - 5-6M - nice 1hand weapon, works well in hardmode
Fell edge - 12-15m - Theres only i think 3 in game so still pretty rare, unlikely anybody would sell.
Fearsome - 6-10m - Really nice head armour, once the people with valsgaurde stop playing will be the best head armour you can get
Twigs - 15-18M - Best throwing Weapon in game, does alot of damage really effective in hardmode.
Dragon Spear - 15m - The 2nd best 2 handed weapon you can get for a pikeman, bonus against shields. Still pretty rare as not many about. Was worth alot more before as it could do nice damage on Sleipner, RIP Sleipner.
Pike Of Kings - 15-18m - Still the best pike you can get, lots of reach and will never glance off of followers in hardmode and prince. They seem to be changing hands alot lately
Dragon Halberd - 15m - A ok Halberd , will occasionally glance off of followers which sucks for hardmode.
Dragons Breath - 13-15m, really accurate, works well for hardmode not as much damage as Twigs, but not many of them about.
Sunpike 6m-8m - a great normal mode weapon, will glance off of followers and prince not as effective in hardmode.
Eastern Katana- 35m - A great looking weapon and a good slashing weapon. Hard to find.
Onyx bolts - 15m - Great to have bonus against shield really effective with a penetrator or bolt tosser.
Penetrator - 25m - Insane damage, really good for hardmode. Some have changed hands lately.
AGS/VGS/Durandal - 50M - Best 2 handed weapons you can get for a Commando, people have been known to trade 5-6 legendary's for one of these swords, Very rare swords and very popular, Durandal has not dropped yet but estimated to be around the 50-60m.
Dragon Axe - 1.5m - Alot of these about easy to get hold of one. Decent Damage but not much length.

And what makes you say that, penetrator deals 139p with onyx bolts which one hits champion huscarls to the head. So i don't think you can say crossbowman stuff is valued so high.

Though i would say bolt tosser is a bit overpriced.

They used to be a lot lower in price a few months ago, But they have become very popular weapons, nobody wanting to sell them, not many changing hands and very high on demand. Yup the BT a bit high, but none available on market for along time.

To be honest I think the first Durandel to be dropped is probably going to be sold for at least 80m.
