recycling specialised items into basic items

As a prayer playing hard mode i rather get tons of rather useless hardened cloth, metal and so on. so wy not have the option to recycle or scavenge these items into normal cloth, metal or wood about a rate of 1:3?
it would keep it from wasteful sitting on AH. and keep it useful until it can fully used in crafting recipes

If you're wanting to recycle your cloth like that then i'll happily give you 3 cloth for every 1 heavy
