Leather Jerkin and Cleaver

The Leather jerkin armor and Military Cleaver are now craftable only items, they require level 5 armorsmith and blacksmith. Items are slowly being phased from the marketplace to the crafting tree's it just takes some time (also to add custom items / OSP items etc. we will need to do a new client release, so its likely that those will all be released in a big batch rather than one at a time.)
