All my quests were completed at the same time today during the downtime.

yes I got 90k + Scale+ Raw fish all at once from killing an intruder
raw fish are slow throwables :o
again I think there will be a rollback, oh well  :-\ or maybe its a gift from the devs for the downtime?!
