He also has a Skirm of level 20~ i believe
Started playing: 7~ months ago, but has been pretty damn inactive the last 3~ months

Hmmm, he is level 31 after 7 months
I believe CC only recruits +32 guys. and if he still isnt level 32 after 5 months of inactivity... well... i dont know what more to say about it then
