Moving assist xp between Characters

Simple quick idea, the ability to move assist xp between accounts over level 32, with the attached multiplier of 0.8-0.9.

Balanced?

I think it would be, once you get to hard mode, it doesn't matter too much what level you are or class, you all get roughly the same xp.

However, in comparision of a team of level 32s to level 52s, the level 32s wouldn't make it as far, or get as much assist xp in the same time frame. Thus to balance this, there is a multiplier of 0.8-0.9 to compensate.

This would benefit players with alts, as they wouldn't be forced to play the with same build and equiptment whilst leveling. They could switch between their characters when bored of a particular playstyle, but not feel their time was wasted (with reference to training the low leveled alt).

Those without alts would benefit too, as there would be the option of trading assist xp with other players. A source of profit (there would be no real input from gold this, so you could think of it as a gold sink, as less people would turn their assist xp into gold directly.)
