House bug-problem with trading panel

I have a problem with trading panel i invite other player to trading panel and i cant add stuff to panel i dont have      +  in trading panel please help me

Interesting, are you sure you are trading with fellow house members? Previous trades will remain open but they are problematic. If this continues to be an issue, I suggest a rename, since there are two characters of named Phalangite_Taker_SK in the database. This may be causing the error you are encountering.
