MAC / OSX version?

I love the updater on my PC, but on the MAC I have to download the archive every time. Any thoughts on a MAC version?

It has been a long standing goal (probably ever since the first updater was created) to get Mac support but we have not had the time (or until recently, a Mac) to develop one.  I have a Mac I could develop on now but I lack the time.  Hopefully now that this is open source, we could get some contributors involved to assist with a Mac version.  Even barring that, I still hope to eventually make one.
