House captain

Hallo, I read here http://forum.nordinvasion.com/index.php?...668.0.html that a house captain could be appointed by the leader himself? Just wondering if this info is correct and if so, why I can't do that ;D

Or do we still need a developer to do it for us?

Only when you are first creating the house can you appoint a house captain. Otherwise, you will have to ask a developer to change your captain or add a new one for you.
