Once again, we have a small batch of bug fixes:

* Barricade health shouldn't toggle in chat.
* Horses should gallop, not slide.
* Extra health should only appear on Hard and Ragnarok.
* Adjustments to the gear respawning system.
* Bots shouldn't get stuck behind a rock on Swadian City.
* Kill and assist rewards should be working correctly on NA and AU servers.

Repeater accuracy is still far worse on horseback than when standing on the ground; is this supposed to be this way?
