While playing this map in an event, nords spawned outside the fence of the middle spawn on almost every wave. (Most of the time, only a few were stuck. This screenshot shows one of the larger groups.)

On Prince round, the nords spawned there and the chat log showed a massive death due to blunt force trauma (as if a barrel had been blown). I can only imagine that half the nords spawned in midair off the side of the cliff and fell to their deaths.
