Could the scoreboard (top left side in game) be used to indicate which wave our Swadian heroes are currently at? Give them one point for each wave, reset on death...

Quick and simple. That is all.

Not a bad idea.  It is sort of obvious after you have played a while to determine which wave your on, but it could be useful to remind player if your on a respawn wave.

I don't know how important this really is, but it would be nice for newcomers.
Depends how much work it is, and how high it scores on the developers schedule.

But it's a +1 from me!

I think it would be nice. I am an older player (not in years necessarily) so I know which wave is which, but I do still get other high level people asking what wave or when is the next boss wave.
